A clean lake reflects well on all of us.

Speakers Bureau

The OLP Speakers Bureau is a free service to the community. We invite you to participate in a two-way dialogue between the Onondaga Lake Partnership and your special interest group with information on Onondaga Lake watershed issues, and the Onondaga Lake Partnership.

When you contact us, we will work with you to match the speaker and presentation to best suit your needs. Tell us what topic your organization wants to know more about, and we’ll find an expert from the OLP to attend your group’s meeting – free of charge. Our most popular presentation provides an overview of Onondaga Lake and its history of pollution, current cleanup, and revitalization program status. A speaker will also provide an introduction to the Onondaga Lake Partnership, public involvement opportunities it offers, and the Partnership’s goals for the future.

The Onondaga Lake Partnership (OLP) Speakers Bureau is comprised of experts from a variety of State and Federal agencies and local organizations working to revitalize Onondaga Lake and its watershed. These knowledgeable professionals are available to speak at your meetings, conferences, or other events to present information on a wide range of topics relating to Onondaga Lake and its watershed.

Our Speakers Bureau is available for:
